The SCiO scanner is not detected by the application even after calibration. The operation has been repeated twice but the SCiO is not detected. What do I do?

The button «Connection SCiO» at the bottom of the screen remains active and ready for another detection. 
You can verify whether your SCiO is connected by calibrating the device. If it calibrates correctly it means that the connection has been successful. Moreover, there will be an icon at the top of your screen that will indicate that the Connection has been done. 
When the application is connected to the SCiO, the dashboard icon will turn to white. 
You can now go to the «Meal» screen with the button «+ another meal» or « + Food». 
Click on the SCiO icon at the left of «Favorite». You will find the different categories. You can then choose the one that meets your needs. Click on the button to start the scan or use the button on the scanner to start the scanning. You should hold the SCiO at 0,5 cm of your food. 
If the SCiO is not connected, the following steps may help you: 
- Check in your settings whether your Smartphone is visible by Bluetooth. It is compulsory. 
- Restart the scanner and the Bluetooth. You should stay on the dashboard and wait a few seconds. 
- The scanner will be connected. No need to repeat the calibration.
- If the device is not connected. Go to the «Connection SCiO» screen and check whether the scanner is visible.
